Christ welcomes you, no matter who you are or where you come from – and so do we. First and foremost, CHRIST is a Christian church. We believe that Jesus Christ is the true Savior of all people. By his perfect life, innocent death, and triumphant resurrection he saves all lost sinners even without our help.
Jesus Christ makes us special people, right with God and ready for life! We learn this from the Bible, God’s authentic message of grace and guidance for us. This is where we also learn to appreciate the mystery and mercy of the triune God – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Every CHRIST member is informed and involved as part owner in our mission to glorify God, grow in his word, and go with the Word to the world. Two full-time ministers lead the church in this mission. Our PreK-8 school, Christ-St John’s, is designed to help our parents continue this mission in their own families. Our congregation is also a part of an association of churches who owns and operates Luther High School in Onalaska, WI.
CHRIST is a Lutheran church is affiliated with the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod.
